          and Longview, TX

·         Directed one of the largest mechanical field budgets
          ($60M per year) for 20+ years

·         Supervised contract employees at Marion, AR Intermodel Yard
          and Little Rock for Car and Locomotive  


EXPERTISE KNOWLEDGE 

·         Served as expert witness since 1983 on lawsuits involving
          personal injuries, derailments, crossing accidents, and equipment

·         Completed 2011 with personal injury rate less than 0.67 for
          both car and locomotive departments

·         Directed company FRA and AAR inspecting teams RERAILING  

·         Coordinated the rerailing processes for 2,000 miles of track and
          two hump yards simultaneously

·         Managed three company rerailing cranes, 150-ton Mantis and
          85-ton Kershaw, and 250-ton American Hoist derrick

·         Directed mechanical operations from Chicago, IL to Yuma, AZ
          between  1998-2000 [including Illinois, Missouri, Tennessee,
          Arkansas, Kansas, Oklahoma, Western Texas, New Mexico,
          and Arizona]
